Untitled (1995) - Richard Billingham.
Esta serie de fotografías, llamada Ray’s A Laugh documenta la vida del padre alcohólico y la madre obesa del artista. La obra de Billingham llamó mucho la atención en la icónica exposición Sensation (1997) de la Royal Academy of Arts en Londres, dónde el movimiento de los Young British Artists estableció su poderío en el mundo artístico durante los noventas e inicios del siglo XXI.

Here’s the weird and surprising foam sculptures of the artist © Etienne Gros. I love the way he knew how to inject a soul in this shapeless material. In this series, he captured, in a very strong and significant way, the expression of the woman’s body and its feminity. With few things, the essential is translated with strength. Just brilliant.
